In July 2025, the GMM Pfaudler Ltd officially signed the acquisition agreement with SEMCO, a leading Brazilian mixing equipment manufacturer, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Pfaudler Ltda based in Brazil.This strategically significant initiative marks a crucial step forward in the group's global mixer market expansion, successfully achieving comprehensive coverage across Europe, Asia, North America, and newly expanded South American markets.

With SEMCO's official integration, our global manufacturing and service network has achieved strategic upgrading.Today, we have established a comprehensive network of mixing equipment manufacturing bases spanning five key regions: Lyon, France; Tianjin, China; Mumbai, India; Toronto, Canada; and São Paulo, Brazil.This global production network not only achieves synergistic optimization of production capacity but also ensures faster response times and more flexible service models for customers worldwide through localized operational teams.
