Project Management | Large-Scale Project Delivery Assurance

Beyond our standard delivery process, we offer dedicated project management services as a value-added solution for large-scale projects. When working with international EPC contractors, our project management team serves as the single point of contact, overseeing the entire delivery cycle. Our scope includes preparing and submitting quality documentation such as ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), coordinating factory inspections and third-party surveys, and managing logistics, customs clearance, and on-site delivery. We ensure every step is fully aligned with the contractor's master schedule—making complex, large-scale equipment supply clear, transparent, and under control.
